Ministry of Health/Ghana Health Service – eHealth Implementation

eSolutions Consulting has been contracted by NMSI ,a British company, in a highly prestigious project, to build and deliver a fully integrated ICT system to 7 new district hospitals around Ghana. eSolutions Consulting is currently working with Ministry of Health and Ghana Health Service to implement an integrated Hospital Management System [HMS] which will enable the collection, storage and dissemination of electronic information to support the district hospital’s healthcare delivery functions.  It includes support for back office functions such as finance, human resource management, logistics, Electronic Health Records [EHR], admission, discharge and transfer, pharmacy, laboratory and billing.   The HMS system meets all national and international health data standards.

 

Volta River Authority [VRA] – IT Transformation

eSolutions Consulting defined a future state Enterprise Architecture and a strategic IT Plan for the transformation of the Authority. Our consultants managed multiple vendors to implement the Enterprise Architecture for VRA. The engagement has helped VRA implement a new Enterprise Resource Planning application, revamp the network infrastructure, build a new data centre, enterprise portal application, implemented IT Service Desk and various transformational initiatives.

 

Ghana Statistical Service [GSS] – Enterprise Architecture & IT Strategy

eSolutions Consulting defined the Enterprise Architecture, IT Strategy and IT Policies and Procedures for the GSS.  This IT Enterprise Architecture and IT Strategy is expected to help improve statistics production in the country and support business processes of GSS.

 

Ministry of Finance & Economic Planning [MoFEP] - Development of Enterprise Architecture & IT Strategy

eSolutions Consulting defined an Enterprise Architecture driven IT strategy that will enable the Ministry introduce new technologies to automate business processes and transform its operations.  The future state architecture includes new applications and improvement to the technical infrastructure.

Currently, eSolutions Consulting has been contracted to implement the technologies needed to automate MoFEP business processes. AngloGold Ashanti - West African Region IT Improvement

AngloGold Ashanti is a global organisation with subsidiaries in the West African countries. eSolutions Consulting developed a new strategic IT plan for the West African region to enable the organisation standardise, consolidate and automate the IT environment.  The services also included the implementation of a new IT Service Management framework for the management of the IT infrastructure.

 

COCOBOD - IT Best Practice Services

eSolutions Consulting provided Best Practice Consultancy services to help Cocoa Board improve its IT environment. We developed a number IT services around Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery, ITIL training and implementation and Project Portfolio Management. eSolutions Consulting is also customising and implementing a Service Desk system for Incident Management, Service Request, Change Management and Configuration Management.

 

Ghana Post Company Limited - IT Strategy Implementation

eSolutions Consulting develop a new set of technologies to automate the business functions of Ghana Post, introduce ePost technologies to automate counter services, retail and financial services, etc. We also developed the architecture for implementation of networks and applications to automate all Ghana Post branches [over 300 branches and offices] in the country.  The project seeks to improve the IT functions with improved processes

 

Vodafone Ghana - IT Infrastructure Outsourcing

Vodafone Ghana sought to outsource its IT infrastructure support services to a third party supplier and engaged eSolutions Consulting to project manage the requirements definition, RFP process and contract negotiations eSolutions Consulting developed the RFP, managed the tendering the process and helped Vodafone to negotiate contract terms.

 

Ministry of Trade and Industry – Ghana Trade Portal Implementation

The Ministry of Trade and Industry [MOTI] with funding from the World Bank contracted eSolutions Consulting to build a Proactive Trade Information System [PTIS] and SME Database, known as “Ghana Trade Portal” [www.ghanatradeportal.com], as a one stop information resource centre to provide information for entrepreneurs and also address the needs of MSMEs.

 

Ghana Free Zones Board - Investment Portal

The Ghana Free Zones Board managers were looking for a leading technology company to redesign and build a modern Trade and Investment Driven Web Portal, they selected eSolutions Consulting. We developed a new interactive site with real time Content Management and online system for managing Free Zone applications. The Web Portal later won the best World Free Zones Convention 2012 website awards.

 

Ghana Standards Authority - Internet Portal & Cataloging System

Ghana Standards Authorithy [GSA] engaged the services of eSolutions Consulting to redesign and develop a state of the art Web Portal, online standards catalogue and application verification system.  The Web Portal provides information on the Authority as well as providing the platform for global users to have easy access to standards and services provided by the organisation. eSolutions Consulting developed and deployed the Portal for GSB and also trained staff.

 

Ghana Oil Company Limited [GOIL] – Enterprise Architecture Driven IT Strategy

eSolutions Consulting defined a new IT Architecture and Strategy that will help GOIL to replace legacy systems and introduce new technologies to automate business processes and transform its operations.   The project is strategic and is seen as key to the long term profitability of the company.

Currently, eSolutions Consulting is helping GOIL to manage the implementation of the IT Architecture to transform its operations. Northern Electricity Distribution Company [NEDCo] – Enterprise Architecture & IT Strategy

eSolutions Consulting defined the Enterprise Architecture framework and IT Strategy for NEDCo to enable the power distribution company transforms its business operations. The project also included the development of a new Web Portal, implementation of a Service Desk and a new IT Service Management framework for the management of the IT infrastructure.

 

SSNIT – IT Best Practice Services & IPAS Implementation

Our Consultants helped the Social Security and National Insurance Trust [SSNIT] to define a new IT Architecture. Our Consultantants also defined the applications and technical infrastructure requirements for the project, prepare tender documents and manage the tendering process for an integrated Pensions Administration System [IPAS] as well as design of a new Data Centre to host the systems. eSolutions Consulting have also provided best practice advisory and training to staff of SSNIT in areas such as Bussiness Process Re-engineering and Enterprise Architecture.

 

District Assemblies Common Fund [DACF] – Common Fund Management Information System Implementation

DACF contracted eSolutions Consulting to  develop a Common Fund Management Information System [CFMIS] to help DACF improve operations, reduce cost and become more responsive in the delivery of services to Metropolitan, Municipal and District Assemblies [MMDAs], SMEs, and other stakeholders. The system ensures equitable distribution of the national resources for development in every part of Ghana through the allocation, disbursement and monitoring and evaluation of funds to the various MMDAs, RCCs and Members of Parliament.

 

Ghana Petroleum Commission [GPC] – IT Infrastructure Architecture

eSolutions Consulting defined a future state Enterprise Architecture and a strategic IT Plan to help the Commission introduce technologies to automate business processes and transform its operations.
