eSolutions Consulting defined the Enterprise Architecture framework and IT Strategy for NEDCo to enable the power distribution company to transform its business operations. The project also included the development of a new Web Portal, implementation of a Service Desk and a new IT Service Management framework for the management of the IT infrastructure.
