IT Best Practice Services

eSolutions Consulting provided Best Practice Consultancy services to help Cocoa Board improve its IT environment. We developed a number IT services around Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery, ITIL training and implementation and Project Portfolio Management. eSolutions Consulting is also customising and implementing a Service Desk system for Incident Management, Service Request, Change Management and Configuration Management.

Ministry of Finance

eSolutions Consulting defined an Enterprise Architecture driven IT strategy that will enable the Ministry introduce new technologies to automate business processes and transform its operations.

Volta River Authority
