Our Consultants helped the Social Security and National Insurance Trust [SSNIT] to define a new IT Architecture. Our Consultants also defined the applications and technical infrastructure requirements for the project, prepare tender documents and manage the tendering process for an integrated Pensions Administration System [IPAS] as well as the design of a new Data Centre to host the systems. eSolutions Consulting has also provided best practice advisory and training to staff of SSNIT in areas such as Bussiness Process Re-engineering and Enterprise Architecture.
